Subject: Internal: revised remote work policy effective May 1

A quick heads up that section 4.1 of the employee handbook has been updated. Highlights:

- Core hours are now defined per-team rather than company-wide. Each team's core hours block is published in the team's onboarding doc.
- Time-zone-band requests now require 60 days' notice (was 30).
- Relocations outside the team's band continue to require manager approval and are evaluated for legal and tax implications.
