Subject: Release announcement: TruePaddock 1.6 (curation and citation upgrades)

Version 1.6 ships today. Highlights:

- Per-folder access control: admins can now grant individual teammates read access to specific folders only. Members without access cannot retrieve chunks from those folders even if a question would otherwise match.
- Citation line on every answer: TruePaddock responses now show the source documents and email titles each chunk came from, with no source meaning no claim.
- IMAP rule editor: ingest rules (subject contains, from contains) are now editable from the admin dashboard rather than via SQL.

Upgrade notes: the new schema requires running `npm run db:push` after pulling. No data migration is needed beyond that. Existing organizations default to the prior 'all members read all folders' behavior; admins must opt in to the new per-folder model.
