PROBLEM
Enterprise buyers evaluating enterprise search tools cite three blockers: (1) security review timelines, (2) hallucinations from noisy corpora, and (3) lack of audit trail for individual answers. Existing tools index everything in a tenant's storage, which makes (1) and (2) worse, not better.

WEDGE
We sell the opposite: TruePaddock, intentionally blind to anything the customer has not curated into its knowledge base. Curation happens at two layers: (a) IMAP folders or PDF uploads at the corpus level, and (b) per-folder access control at the teammate level. Both are enforced at the SQL level by the `folder_access` and `ingest_rules` tables.

KEY METRICS (Q3 TARGETS)
- Median enterprise security review duration: under 14 days.
- Answer accuracy on customer-supplied evaluation sets: 85 percent or higher.
- Time to first answer after corpus connection: under 30 minutes for a 100-document set.

NON-GOALS
We will not build a Slack integration, a Drive crawler, or any feature that auto-indexes content the customer has not explicitly handed us. These are competitors' feature lists, and adopting them dilutes the wedge.

ROADMAP HIGHLIGHTS
- Q3: anonymous demo with rate-limited public tryout.
- Q3: per-folder boundary export ('show me what this teammate can read').
- Q4: signed audit log of every retrieved chunk per answered question.
