Confirming the quote we discussed yesterday:

- Annual fee: $48,000 USD, billed quarterly.
- Includes ingestion of up to 5,000 PDF pages and one daily-synced IMAP folder.
- Includes two admin seats and ten member seats with folder-scoped read access.
- Excludes Anthropic and OpenAI passthrough; Acme pays those directly.

Next steps: please return a signed copy of the SOW (attached to the previous email) by May 1. We will provision the production environment within 5 business days of signature.
